Job Description

Duties/ Roles & Responsibilities

To have a database and good connection with Lighting Consultants. The person should be able to convert them to specify/approved lighting products.

To have updated details and good working relations with Principal Architects and the Key persons of Architecture Firms with ability to get their own products/ solutions specified or approved.

It is required to have details of and have good rapport with PMCs, MEP Consultants and Electrical Contractors so as to get positive influence, approvals & specifications.

To keep data, update to maintain connections and have fruitful business relations with Key Decision Makers (KDMs), specifically Promoters/ President/ CEO/ VP, of Hospitality Chains, to ensure Brand approval & amp; Brand acceptance

The person needs to be qualified technically (Electrical/ Electronics/ Physics/ similarBackground) with a technical bent of mind so as to understand the basic workings of electrical/ electricity/ automation/ BMS (lighting related) as required for handling the job effectively.

Ability to work in a team and cross-functional environment. The person shall take the lead in ensuring a must win for each product in each project.

There should be a flair for providing single-point solutions to the respective client, be it guidance in selecting the right product, suggesting the desired solution, and through the Customer Care and installation team (wherever applicable). Also, help the client with proper installation, and functioning and provide support on a regular basis by utilizing available technical & amp; Customer Care teams.

The presence of mind is a must in handling client queries. Good listening skills and desire & amp; ability to understand & amp; provide solutions to respective clients is required.

Ability to discuss DIALux/ Photometric Calculation sheets/ Energy Efficiency/ tools of Light Planning and technically relevant information with the respective clients, as relevant on the job.

The person should be ready to work on IT platforms & amp; systems, follow procedures laid down, and work as per broader organizational guidelines for the desired goals.

Ability to sell on the strength of the offer as a solution on a long-term basis, BAF (Benefits, Advantages & amp; Features), and Customer Care, based on own capabilities and personal relations, thereby getting regular business while ensuring long-term prospect bank & robust pipeline.

Being able to curate events for the target customers and ensure their perfect execution.

Travel, market reach, client connect and prompt action for servicing client needs is a must.

Desire to learn about new products, different types of SKUs, new technology, and skill

enhancement tools are required.

Pleasing personality, presence of mind, and positive attitude towards work are essential.

Ability to learn on understand BOQs, creating the right bouquet of specifications, and suggesting the right solution shall be part of the job.

Be the brand ambassador and ensure a good brand image of the company through personal efforts and client relations.
