Position Purpose
The platform supports 23 countries across globe with standard trade applications. The position is responsible for supporting change management for different Trade Finance platforms for BNPP.
Primary Responsibilities Of The Role Includes
- The role will be responsible for supporting Technical Change management for Trade Finance tool/s.
- The Candidate will act as Product Owner for Trade Finance Core tool/s.
- Candidate will also need to act as SME for the tool/s in his/her scope.
- Candidate will need to extend advisory role for management of new business needs within the tool.
- Candidate needs to represent operations in all governance for the said tool.
- Candidate will be responsible for having in-depth understanding of operation's needs.
- Candidate should be able to convert requirements into user stories.
- Candidate will be responsible for negotiation and right prioritization of operations requirements with non-operations stakeholders.
- Candidate may be required to Supervise UAT testing and Overview Quality of Delivery.
- Candidate would be required to track/supervise resultant assessment and implementation of Process/Organization changes at operations.
Secondary Responsibilities Of The Role Includes
- Candidate may be required to re-present team in Audits.
- Candidate may be required to conduct/assist in senior stakeholder governances.
Technical & Behavioral Competencies
- Skills and competencies:
- Knowledge on Agile framework (Scrum) desired.
- Knowledge of Trade Finance products like Collection, Letter of Credit, Guarantees, Discounting preferred.
