Job Description Summary
The Creative Manager is responsible to deliver the design output to support the India business having client interface. The role is based in Gurgaon office.
This role requires to follow the C&W's way of working and working closely with internal stakeholders. The individual should be well versed with working experience in the areas of Marketing, Communication, Sales/Business Development, Digital, Web, amongst others.
He/She should everything the company produces is consistent and on-brand.
Creative manager may also be tasked with developing new ideas or concepts for future projects. This might include brainstorming sessions with their team or individual ideation time alone.
The Creative Manager reports directly to the Head of Enterprise Marketing - India. In this capacity, he/she is expected to fully support sales/marketing design assets and effectively roll-out initiatives that promotes C&W Brand.

Role - Manager, Graphic Design
Location- Gurugram
Responsibilities & Duties
- Design and layout for pitch documents (Adobe Creative suite and MS office)
- Design and layout for presentation material (Adobe Creative suite, MS office)
- Produce digital assets for online platforms including websites, email marketing, advertising, and social campaigns
- Responsible and accountable for the day-to-day design output of respective service verticals/India business with an eye for details.
- Reviewing designs before submission to reporting manager to ensure they meet client specifications or effective at promoting the company's services
- Maintain a visual brand style across multiple projects and channels
- Proactive approach with the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively
- Manage and complete artwork/editorial amends
- Communicating with stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time and within scope
- Being our number 1 brand ambassador who champions and monitors the application of the C&W brand - promoting and implementing C&W's brand guidelines
- Strategic, creative thinker and solution provider for various stakeholder requirements
- Active participation in team meetings
- Keep abreast of industry trends and share relevant design insights with the team
- Continuously strive to push the boundaries of creativity
- First line of defense: agile and flexible to respond to urgent and client facing document beyond agreed workhours if the need arises
- He/she must make himself/herself available during, but not limited to, the agreed regular working days, Monday to Friday
Requirement (Mandatory)
- Advance proficiency level of the Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign along with Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Adobe Firefly, and After Effects
- Advance proficiency level of MS Office Suite particularly PowerPoint and Word
- Excellent knowledge of creative and design production planning and quality control principles
- Process orientated and capacity to assess and shift priorities. collaboration with the management as required to ensure deadlines are met
- The ability to manage multiple, cross-functional projects with often tight deadlines and many stakeholders. Highly accountable with an eye for details.

- Must possess at least a bachelor's degree in Design, Graphics, Advertising/Media or equivalent
- 5+ years experience in Graphic Designing
