Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management.
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
Preferred qualifications:
- Program Management certification or experience in Program Management with a technology company.
- Experience in stakeholder management.
- Ability to identify, collect, and analyze relevant data to help drive informed decisions.

As a member of the Google.org APAC team, you'll work with cross-functional teams to execute strategic work with stakeholders in India and across the APAC region, including overseeing ongoing grantmaking initiatives in India. Responsibilities
- Align with the Google.org philanthropy APAC annual plans and priorities and localize regional global philanthropic programs in India/APAC, including working with cross-functional teams to identify local advocates and potential grantees.
- Drive project management of large scale, Google.org philanthropy initiatives, on a broad range of issues/or corporate responsibility topics, NGO grants management and execution, identifying storytelling opportunities, craft announcement moments, and manage events.
- Manage operational support for Google.org philanthropy grants in India, including budget forecasting and tracking, CSR requirement, invoicing, contract management, vendor management, strategy review, and impact evaluation.
- Oversee Google.org grants focused on knowledge, skills and learning, resilient communities, scientific advancements for underserved communities in India/the APAC region, ensuring due diligence, effective design, and successful execution.
