The HR Operations team effectively maintains employee information that meets the organization's legal obligations and assists in human resource management and planning by recommending, developing and implementing new processes and analyses.
This role in summary
This role will work closely with various HR employees across multiple regions and teams to provide exceptional operational HR Services. This role is responsible to lead the GBO Data Management and India HR Operations (in coming time), along with partnership and support to Pacific region. The role requires to perform, support, and complete operational work in relation to HR processes such as - new hire, life event, work event, administrative event reporting, HR policies & processes, benefits management, payroll management, statutory compliance management (including audits and inspections), and vendor Management . This individual leads a team to ensure HR Services are performed with a high degree of accuracy and timeliness and will ensure seamless operation of HR between other components of the Service Delivery Model
Person should have experience of Project Management as well.
Your responsibilities will include
In this position, you will be responsible for:
HR Ops Policy/Procedures: Maintain and administer enterprise level human resources policies and procedures in accordance with internal audit and solution center governance / control criteria.
Legal Compliance: Responsible for ensuring that HR services are delivered in accordance with all
Legal and Regulatory needs for the HR transactional processes. Ensure compliance with relevant data privacy and data protection policies and regulations.
Performance and Operational Standards, Continuous Improvement: Accountable for delivering
HR services against the internal provisions of the agreed Service Level Agreements and Key
Performance Indicators (SLA's/KPI's)
Team Management: Build and maintain a strong team through effective recruiting, training, coaching, engagement, team building, and succession planning.
Intake, Standardize and Automate work from HR colleagues in the regional HR teams.
Minimum requirements
Strong business and HR operation acumen, including strong problem solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative
Master's Degree is preferred in Human Resources, Business Administration, Operations Management or related field preferred; Bachelor's Degree required
Minimum of 10 years of experience (Shared Service + HR Operations)
Preferred skills and experiences
Previous global or international experience
Experience in managing broad based HR services with a large size company and or service
provider preferred; exposure of working in Shared Service Model
Experience in SAP Success Factors preferred
Strong Stakeholder Management skills, in order to manage the expectations
Knowledge of continuous improvement/lean principles to drive efficiencies and save cost
