Inviting applications for the role of Manager - Lean Digital Transformation
Supports Client & Delivery efforts to improve organizational effectiveness on our journey to Intelligent Operations. Digital & Analytical skill expert with experience in driving business impact initiatives across multiple clients. They work with an extended team to provide process, tools, methods, and business transformation practices across the organization aligned to this Client Journey.
Actively partners with Operations/Functions to drive the continuous improvement agenda across stakeholders (internal and external). Employee to ensures alignment of the Quality initiatives to the vertical/functional strategic priorities. Is expected to drive change, solve business process challenges and generate business impact by leading high impact lean six sigma projects, mentoring black belts & training the larger organization on Lean Six Sigma thinking.
This PMO role is a combination of excellent solutioning and problem-solving approach, good commercial sense in supporting deals, and excellent customer facing skills (executive presence, ability to listen and address specific problems, articulate acceptable and reasonable solution.)
Leading end-to-end business solution activities including mapping, creating, reviewing, controlling, and improving processes, technology and role clarity for sales, distribution, investments, marketing, transfer agency and corporate functions.
Managing stakeholder adoption/change activities across process, organizational design and technology project implementation efforts. Performing feasibility and cost/benefits analysis.
.Taking ownership to manage/improve solutions from concept to implementation.
Researching, evaluating and implementing comprehensive solutions to enhance effectiveness of current business solutions.
.Establishing working relationships with business and technology subject matter experts. Serving as an active member of the Solutions Working Group.
.Leading complex analysis. Simultaneously working on several key project deliverables.
.Providing analytical and conceptual direction to business analysts throughout the change lifecycle, ensuring alignment and integrity of deliverables with the program and strategic objectives
Responsibilities
Identifying areas of significant Customer Business Impact and improvement opportunities therein and provide strategic direction & thought leadership.
.The role provides an opportunity to lead initiatives providing exposure to senior stakeholders - internal and external.
.Process Mining, driving transformation initiatives leveraging digital tools, automation, Data bridge & LSS.
.Create and lead Transformation roadmaps in synchronization with client priorities to drive value for the client.
.Program manager and be accountable of the entire delivery of the Transformation Roadmap:
.Work with cross-functional teams multiple geographies to run a common agenda for transformation & continuous improvement.
.Ensure delivery of Digital intervention by following the milestone of SDLC and being compliant to cost and timeline commitments.
.Continuously challenge the status-quo and come up with point-of-views that drive significant value for clients.
.Lead a culture of Innovation and help in modernizing operations.
.Lead and implement Business Process Management System for Transitions
.Drive Effectively LDT DNA - training, testing & certification, lead any other analytics and productivity initiatives that come up.
.Coaching and Mentoring of Black Belts and Business Analysts
.Effectively apply LEAN, Six Sigma tools/functional knowledge to improve process capability and eliminate defects by executing projects himself/herself & driving BB certification.
.Lead & mentor Green Belts and use of Six Sigma tools and techniques to achieve results across multiple clients.
.Develop, optimize, and manage analytics models (calculators, P&L models, price models, etc) for the business objectives of the functions.
.Deploy best-in- class analytics practices, models, and research methods to analyse opportunity to improve profitability and reduce margin leakage, including but not limited to:
oCustomer and product portfolio segmentation
oPrice leakage and elasticity
oPrice/volume forecasting
oCross- sell recommendation.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications
. Certified GB
. Proven track of delivering high impact F&A Transformation projects
. Prior Project management or Transformation experience with relevant experience in Automation / Process excellence and preferably in Banking domain
. Should be a certified Green Belt (exposure to Green belt project / transformation / consulting projects)
.Demonstrated affinity for developing and overseeing strategic solution execution
.Must demonstrate managerial diplomacy in resolving issues to/from/within the business and technology.
.Must have superb ability to articulate strategy in manner consistent with audience, level and stake in the game
.Keen ability to quickly understand organizational dynamics and geographic cultures. Must have the ability to conform to the culture/dynamic while maintaining the message
.Strong interpersonal ability and relationship building skills
.Ability to exercise peer leadership and influence the business in matrix fashion
.Strong business planning, analytical, and conceptual skills.
.Ability to communicate technically complex IT concepts to business stakeholders.
.Demonstrated high competency in leading multiple large projects
.Demonstrated competency in developing efficient and effective solutions to diverse and complex business problems
.Excellent interpersonal, including strong verbal and written communication skills necessary to work effectively with all levels of the organization as well as geographically disbursed teams.
.Ability to work independently as well as in team environment, providing structure in ambiguous situations.
.Highly motivated self-starter, driven for results, effective at prioritizing and managing complex initiatives concurrently.
.High level of responsibility and ownership from inception through implementation.
.Expert MS Office skills to include Visio, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel and Word and comfort using these tools to build processes flow charts, presentation and statuses.
.Technical, process improvement based project management or business analysis experience

. Certified Project Manager
. Certified in RPA/Digital
. Fantastic interpersonal skills - communicating value/adapting communication to front line managers through CFO
. Client facing consulting experience
