We are looking for a dynamic Franchise Development Manager exquisitely in Retail - Fashion & Apparel industry, who can develop the best of Franchise hiring, planning, and managing the franchising business of our company and gain the best of the best results.
Job Description:
Job Title: Manager - Franchise Development
Department:Business Expansion and Development
Location: Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai
Education: MBA or equivalent degree by a recognized university
Roles & Responsibility:
Identify passionate investors for apparel franchise stores across major cities in India.
Strategize and plan to generate Franchise leads.
Identify potential collaborations, organic pathways to fast track the franchise partner program.
Conduct meetings, presentations, and business exhibitions to educate prospects about the franchise opportunity.
Developing and increasing the number of franchises.
Provide method of ease to expand and bring awareness about the Brand.
Be accountable for P&L and ensure to deliver the best results.
Establish friendly support to all the franchises, buyers and sellers.
Provide training to franchise operators to ensure smooth functioning of new franchises.
Introduce & implement industry trends and best practices in franchise management.
Skillset Required:
An industry veteran who has been selling apparel franchise stores will be a preferred candidature.
8 15 years of relevant experience of Franchise development in Retail Industry exclusively in Fashion & Apparel.
Possess extensive knowledge on franchise development, Franchise sales and franchise sales and an ability to train and coach others in the team.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive the appropriate actions.
Proven ability to influence and negotiate the counter party to give the best results.
Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
Strong leadership and team building skills.
