Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Collaborate with the founder to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
- Overview of key projects and initiatives that drive business growth and
operational efficiency.
- Ensure alignment of company goals with actionable plans and track progress
against objectives.
Operational Management
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Founder's Office.
- Coordinate and prioritize activities, ensuring smooth workflow and effective
time management.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external
stakeholders.
Communication And Liaison
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the founder and various internal
and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across different departments.
- Represent the Founder's Office in meetings and ensure follow-up on action
items.
Project Management
- Lead and manage cross-functional roles in Live projects, ensuring timely
delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- Monitor project progress, address issues proactively, and ensure successful
project completion.
Leadership And Team Management
- Provide guidance and support to the Founder's Office team, fostering a positive
and productive work environment.
- Mentor and develop team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning
and improvement.
- Ensure effective collaboration and synergy among team members.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to drive innovation and
efficiency.
- Conduct regular assessments to optimize operational processes and enhance
overall performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a strategic or management role.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce and digital strategies, especially related
to E-commerce.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in using tools and software such as ClickUp, Trello, or Confluence.
- Proven track record of working with CXO's and leadership team for strategies
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced
environment.
