nPosition Summary & Key Objectivesn
- To primarily take care of financial reporting and ensuring that the Forecast targets are metn
- Responsible for preparing budgets for the company and each departmentn
- Keeping track on operational expenses of the departmentsn
- Managing entire P/L for the companyn
- Consolidating the estimates and costs for each department and report the numbers to the Global Head Office on a monthly basisn
- Managing EBIT of the company Responsible for Purchase Planning and forecasting & projections of the numbers for salesn
- Coordinate with the Business Heads to understand the department figures for assigning budgets for key initiatives and day to day operational activitiesn
- Manage working capital of the company by being constantly updated about the operational expensesn
- Making decisions regarding the amount of money to be borrowed from banks during budgeting and otherwise, keeping in mind the banking limitsn
- Renegotiate the interest rates cost on borrowings Controlling extra costs for the company and taking corrective measures if the limit is exceededn
- Providing leadership, development and guidance to the team for the effective management of financesn
