Manager-Financial Accounting(CA/ICWA)

Responsibilities:

1. Accounting & Reporting:

-Responsible for all Accounting, Compliance & Reporting Operations

-Own & manage all Accounting Process viz., Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Record to Report, Fixed Assets, Inventory etc.

-Responsible for accurate and on time Financial Reports, Updation of Accounting Records, Receivables and Payables Management, Inventory, Costing and Banking Operations.

-To be also responsible for all Direct & Indirect Taxes, Filing, Audits, Company Secretarial and other Compliance

2. Compliance:

-To lead all Direct & Indirect Taxes, Filing, Audits, and other Compliance

3. Banking & Commercials:

- Maintain banking relationships and strategic alliances with vendors, customers and business partners

-To ensure cash flow for rolling three months are monitored on monthly basis

4. Other Initiatives:

-Take initiatives in implementation of various Compliance Management System, Contract Management System, Automation etc.

Requirements:

- Qualified CA/ICWA with minimum 3+ of total work experience in Accounting & Reporting

- Start-up experience and scaling up a start-up through the Series-A, Series-B funding efforts preferred

- Candidate must be very well versed in dealing with Banks and Financial Institutions

- Advanced expertise in MS Office including PowerPoint, Excel (Pivots, Lookup, Conditional Functions, Power BI etc.)

- Outstanding communication and presentation skills

- High-energy with a sense of urgency, accuracy, and attention to detail

- Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook and impeccable integrity
