Job Title: Manager Finance
n
n
Job Summary:
n
We are looking for Associate Manager Finance to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for, liaising with auditors, & preparing the monthly MIS. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with defined timelines.
n

Responsibilities:
n
- Prepare financial statements in accordance with GAAP / Ind AS and IFRS (wherever required)
n
- Liaise with auditors to ensure timely completion of audits and compliance with regulatory requirements.
n
- Prepare and maintain accurate accounting records for inter-company transactions.
n
- Resolve, in collaboration with business operations, discrepancies and related inquiries & provide financial analysis and support to other departments as needed.
n
- Work closely with financial reporting (GL) / AR / AP team for a smooth and timely closure of books at month-end
n
- Assist in the development and implementation of internal controls / procedures / best practices and process improvement. Design and implement effective policies, procedures and controls including SLA, Intercompany processes etc.
n
- Leverage ERP capabilities and improve efficiency through automation & Business excellence.
n
- Participate in special projects as assigned by senior management.
n
- Prepare monthly management information system (MIS) reports and analyze financial data to identify trends and variances.
n
- Prepare and Control Selling and General admin expenses schedule and look for driving efficiencies through cost optimization
n

Requirements:
n
- Chartered Accountant is essential.
n
- Around 4-6 years of relevant experience in accounting, Auditing, or related field
n
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and in a fast-paced environment.
n
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
n
- Knowledge of GAAP, Ind AS and IFRS (wherever required)
n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
n
- Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and grow with the company.
