- Review of MIS P & L - Actual vs Budget
- Review of Budget, three year strategy
- Cost optimization initiatives and review of Cost trends
- Credit quality analysis
- Benchmarking of Financial parameters
- Product P & L analysis
- Review of Daily analysis of Book | OD bucket | Foreclosure trends
- Automation of MIS & Planning Dashboard
Process Compliance and Handling Statutory Audit | IAD Audit | NHB Compliances:
- Liaison with Product | Operations | Credit | Collections for Statutory Audit compliance
- Liaison with Product | Operations | Credit | Collections for Internal Audit compliance
- Handling NHB Inspection compliance information requirements
- Handling NHB Return information | NHB adhoc information requirement | NHB refinance process review
- Project management of Internal financial control compliance for TCHFL. Covers Documentation, Testing, Training of SPOCs and Management self-assessment certification.
- Review of CF P & L
- Review of CF CC
- CC
- and LC proposals | Review of CF portfolio performance
- Review of ECL model up-dation on quarterly basis | Automation of ECL Model end to end.
- Ensure SICR Committee meetings are organized for TCHFL as per calendar
- Liaison with Data Science team for Automation of Finance Dashboards
- Automation of Buyout Accounting
- Automation of NHB reporting
- Automation of Ind AS disclosures
- Process Council review
