Primary Responsibilities:
Providing leadership, direction, and management of the finance and accounting team
Manage day-to-day financial operations within the company, monitoring and reporting systems, forecasting & budgeting
Extensive experience in cost management and cost reduction strategies
Lead review of entire business; Establish SOPs for all applicable F&A and other critical business systems supported with relevant policies & internal controls
Lead the smooth transition of various business processes into the Finance function
Sound knowledge of GST, inventory control, TDS, statutory compliance, liaison with PF, ESI, Income Tax, and other statutory/legal offices.
Effectively manage payroll operations for the entire company and manage all statutory compliances (including but not limited to PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc) and various insurance schemes
Providing strategic recommendations to the Managing Partners and members of the leadership team
Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting that includes profit and loss by location/business, forecast vs. budget by location/business, and weekly cash flow by location/business.
Identify, develop, and execute analysis of business initiatives, product launches, and/or new service offerings.
Support project analysis, validation of plans, and ad-hoc requests
Advising on long-term business and financial planning
Establishing and developing relations with senior management, external partners, and all stakeholders
Ensure 100% compliance with accounting policies, regulatory requirements, audits, internal controls, and other such obligations
