Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the finance and accounts department
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, reports, and forecasts
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and legislation
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas of improvement
- Provide strategic financial guidance and support to the management team
- Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and financial transactions
- Coordinate annual audits and manage relationships with external auditors
- Supervise and mentor finance and accounts team members
Qualifications and Skills
- Required CA, ICWA qualified candidate only.
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
