Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Budgeting and Financial Planning
    • Develop and manage organizational budgets in alignment with strategic goals.
    • Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis with actionable insights.
    • Regularly update cost estimations and present to the management team.
  • Cash Flow Management
    • Oversee cash flow planning to ensure liquidity and financial stability.
    • Prepare cash flow forecasts to support operational and strategic decisions.
  • Bank Reconciliation
    • Perform accurate and timely reconciliation of all bank accounts.
    • Investigate and resolve discrepancies promptly, maintaining compliance with policies.
  • GST Filing and Compliance
    • Ensure timely and accurate GST filing and compliance with statutory requirements.
    • Coordinate with tax authorities and manage audits or queries related to GST.
  • MIS Report Generation
    • Generate and deliver periodic MIS reports for management review.
    • Analyze financial data and trends to provide actionable recommendations.
  • Cost Control and Estimation
    • Update and manage cost estimations for projects and operations.
    • Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
  • Process Optimization and Reporting
    • Optimize financial processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
    • Prepare financial reports, including P&L statements, balance sheets, and key metrics for decision-making.
Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Educational Background: M.com/MBA in Finance or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience: Minimum 10-15 Years of experience in finance and accounts, including budgeting, tax compliance, and cash flow management.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    • Proficiency in financial ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel.
    • Expertise in preparing and analyzing MIS reports.
  • Regulatory Knowledge:
    • Strong understanding of GST regulations, tax filing procedures, and financial compliances.
  • Key Competencies:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
    • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to challenges.
