Job Description

  • This position will work directly with Global Capability Leader. The incumbent will be responsible for managing manage key strategic projects, design and lead key research initiatives, lead key strategic partnerships strategies, help in building innovation capabilities and help in developing solutions followed by flawless execution.

  • Conduct literature reviews, gather data, and analyze findings to contribute to the development of insightful reports. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute research projects.

  • Lead and manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timelines and milestones are met. Develop project plans, allocate resources, and monitor progress to achieve project objectives.

  • Manage niche enterprise level initiatives, collaborate with senior stakeholders and link the measure of success to the desired business outcomes.

  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather project requirements and ensure clear communication. Collaborate with research teams, subject matter experts, and other departments to integrate research outcomes into project strategies.

  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for both technical and non-technical audiences. Extract actionable insights from data to inform decision-making processes.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in research methodologies. Identify opportunities for improvements and implement best practices.

  • Create and publish compelling Dashboards and reports for the enterprise level initiatives to the EXL leadership
