We are seeking a Web Automation Lead to join our dynamic team and play a critical role in building and enhancing our automation frameworks.

Job Description:

Position Overview:The Web Automation Lead will be a hands-on, individual contributor responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining modern automation frameworks. This role will involve creating and enhancing regression test suites for our modern web applications, ensuring seamless integration with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Playwright and Selenium, with a proven track record of delivering robust automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement modern web automation frameworks using Playwright and Selenium.
• Build and maintain comprehensive regression test suites to ensure the quality and reliability of our web applications.
• Continuously enhance and update test suites to accommodate new features and changes in the application.
• Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps to ensure smooth and efficient deployment processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, and product managers, to understand requirements and deliver high-quality automation solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure best practices and coding standards are followed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation scripts and framework functionality.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in automation testing and implement new technologies and tools as appropriate.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing knowledge and promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a hands-on Automation Engineer or Web Automation Lead.
• Strong expertise in automation frameworks such as Playwright and Selenium.
• Experience with integrating automation tests into CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Solid understanding of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with other automation tools and frameworks.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and services.
• Familiarity with performance testing and security testing.
