Job Description:

  • Oversee Repricing and Appeal Repricing process (healthcare)
  • Analyzing paid claims weekly and monthly reports
  • Leading training sessions and handling disputes or issues related to client billings.
  • Clarifying queries to the team
  • Proactively identifies the process related issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide weekly summary of anticipated revenue,
  • Adhere to project protocols and instructions.
  • Report any issues or trends promptly.
  • Keep logs (such as productivity, clarification, and others as applicable) updated.
  • Promptly respond to all emails from the manager.
  • Maintaining inventory report with quality and TAT.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
