Hafele India Private Limited KEY PURPOSE OF THE JOB (POSITION SUMMARY)
We are looking for a competent Event manager to oversee and organize events that will make an impact to the different target audiences and ensure that the events are successful and cost-effective, paying attention to budget and time constraints. This person should also have experience in evaluating and handling Sponsorships and Associations that will complement the Brand and its objectives. Well-planned, process-oriented, creative, and enthusiastic.
KEY RESULT AREAS
1 To understand brand and organization priorities and accordingly plan befitting events that will fulfill these objectives 2 To understand the brand values and evaluate and recommend appropriate sponsorships, partnerships and associations that will be complementary to these values 3 To effectively manage the Events and Sponsorships Budget in accordance with the annual event calendar and specific needs of the different Sales Channels and Business Priorities 4 To regularly evaluate and audit Event Agencies for specific and on-going event requirements

STRATEGIC
1
To understand the Annual Business Priorities and Brand Objectives and develop a calendar for Strategic Events liked to Customer, Product and Organization
2
To plan, manage and monitor the Annual Events Calendar for different sales channels and customer-types
3
To assess and/or seek brand sponsorship/association opportunities that will facilitate the overall brand objectives and complement the brand values
4
To plan, manage and send timely reports on the event calendar and budget
OPERATIONAL
1
To work closely with different Sales Verticals and come-up with channel-wise (customer group wise) quarterly event calendars and execute all events as per the calendar.

To understand specific objectives linked to Business, Product or Organization and plan and execute Large Strategic Events for the year for e.g. All-India Partner Meets, Key Product Launch Event or New Showroom Openings

To work closely with the HR team for Strategic Industry or Employee Events

To evaluate and audit the empaneled Event Agency at regular intervals together with the Purchase team and ensure they are offering us competitive rates and superior service quality Applicable for regular/on-going events

To evaluate and select the ideal event partner for key strategic events through a tendering process together with the Purchase team
6
To create templates for different event types and follow a systematic execution basis these templates. To regularly monitor and improve these templates to add new ideas, best practices and customizations as per specific business priorities
7
To keep close connect with different media and industry-specific entities for opportunities of brand associations or sponsorships
8
To effectively manage the Events & Sponsorship Budget and send regular reports on budget consumption and Impact
