Roles and responsibilities:
- Potential Sponsors: Research and identify potential sponsors for all events and properties by analyzing target markets, past sponsorships, and current marketing strategies.
- Sales Targets: Take ownership of and consistently meet or exceed annual sales targets for all events and properties through effective sales strategies and client relationship management.
- Strategic Sales Plans: Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets, expand the partner/sponsor and client base, and drive revenue growth.
- Long-Lasting Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with clients and sponsors through exceptional customer service and proactive communication.
- Client Needs: Partner with clients and sponsors to understand their business needs and objectives, and tailor sponsorship packages or event features accordingly.
- Sponsorship Agreements: Lead negotiations of sponsorship agreements, including discussing pricing, deliverables, and terms to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
Desired Skills:
- 10+ years experience in Event sales, Client Handling, Sponsorship Agreement.
- Preferred Candidate with Event Sales Background in Media Industry.
- Candidates from only Media Industry should apply.
