We Elevate... Your Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- After Customer opens an LC, the person is required to coordinate and get a go-ahead confirmation from finance / project team to start the material ordering process.
- Check and ensure final as sold configuration in alignment with final approved GAD.
- Get the necessary technical / commercial approvals and based on it generate material PO for various components depending upon different manufacturing factories and share it with FO backup team for generating commercial PO
- Sending the material PO, Commercial PO to respective factory to start material manufacturing
- Post approval from respective factories share the material deliver dates, all PO's and OC's with Project Managers & Supply chain.
- Support FO in case of short shipments / wrong shipments, claim process, etc.

Expertise
Minimum 10+ years experience in large projects ordering and technical lead role
Knowledge and Skills
Internal & External Customer Management, Customer meeting on technical discussions, E&E relevant Codes knowledge, Team player and must have ability to work with multiple stakeholders like factories & project managers, Process and results focused, seeks practical solutions, and has high result orientation, IT skills (Excel, Power Point).
