As our ERP Manager, will play a critical role in managing and optimizing our ODOO ERP system, ensuring it aligns seamlessly with our manufacturing processes. Project management skills and collaborative spirit will be essential in enhancing our business workflows.

Key Responsibilities

ERP Implementation & Management: Lead the customization and management of our ODOO ERP system tailored to our manufacturing needs.

Process Optimization: Analyze and enhance existing workflows, implementing best practices within the ODOO system.

User Training & Support: Develop training programs and provide ongoing support to ensure effective system usage.

Data Management: Ensure accurate data entry and compliance with industry standards.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with various departments to align the ERP system with organizational goals.

Reporting & Analytics: Generate and analyze reports to drive insights and support decision-making.

Troubleshooting: Act as the primary contact for ERP-related issues and coordinate with technical support.

System Upgrades & Maintenance: Stay updated on ODOO developments and manage system upgrades for optimal performance.

Qualifications

Graduate/Post Graduate in a relevant field.

4-5 years of experience managing ERP systems.

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes.

Proven project management and process improvement experience.
