Job Summary: As the Manager of Enterprise Sales for the Small and Medium-sized Business
(SMB) market, you will lead a team responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic
sales initiatives targeting SMB clients. Leveraging your expertise in sales leadership and
understanding of the SMB landscape, you will develop and execute innovative sales strategies
to penetrate the market, build strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets in the
SMB market segment.
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and initiatives to drive revenue
growth and market penetration.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the SMB market, including
prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing deals.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to
ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall company objectives.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities to identify
opportunities for business expansion and differentiation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including SMB clients,
partners, and industry influencers.
Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, including pipeline activity, revenue
forecasts, and customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices in SMB
sales to continuously improve sales effectiveness and efficiency.
Qualifications:
years of proven experience in enterprise sales, with a focus on the SMB market segment.
Demonstrated success in leading and motivating high-performing sales teams to achieve
ambitious revenue targets.
Strong understanding of SMB market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive
landscape.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute innovative sales strategies.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Results-oriented mindset with a track record of driving measurable business outcomes.
