Role Description:
Lead with Vision, Drive Innovation, and Shape the Future of Engineering Operations! Join us in a dynamic role with boundless opportunities for growth and impact.
Responsibilities:
Oversee Hard Services Management across all India locations, including budget, schedule, procurement, quality, and risk management.
Ensure compliance with local and regional legislation where required.
Identify and engage suitable contractors for technical services delivery, manage the bidding process, and recommend to management.
Support and manage project delivery, providing technical guidance and direction to achieve project goals, particularly in energy and sustainability-related initiatives.
Communicate regularly with stakeholders to build and maintain relationships, collaborating with key business partners and cross-functional groups.
Implement governance frameworks for technical operations documentation aligned with company requirements.
Implement change management routines, assessing change requests, securing approvals, and issuing change orders as necessary.
Identify technical risks, develop mitigation plans, and ensure SLAs and KPIs related to hard services are met.
Promote a high level of end user satisfaction, driving best practices and standardization.
Manage business critical and emergency situations, resolving them promptly to minimize disruption.
Stay updated with the latest legislation and trends in risk assessments and safety protocols.
Fulfill other duties as per business demands to meet the changing needs.
Qualifications:
Seasoned leader with a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in team management roles, driving teams to success with strategic vision and innovation.
Licensed engineer in Mechanical or Electrical disciplines, equipped with the expertise to tackle complex engineering challenges.
Over a decade of direct work experience in Maintenance Engineering, Operations, and Maintenance, spanning diverse environments such as build-to-suit properties, corporate facilities, or high-functioning hotel back-of-the-house engineering.
Proven proficiency in Change Control Management, adept at developing and refining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Emergency Operating Procedures (EOPs) to optimize operational efficiency and resilience.
