Job Description :
- Responsible for producing quality products and responsible for maintaining quality systems in the plant.
- Ensuring Data Integrity.
- Monthly monitoring of utility consumption and analysis of the same.
- New project activities : Budgeting, schedule preparation, procurement, co-ordination with user department, execution and qualification.
- Legal compliance as per legal register for electrical activities : Load expansion, necessary approvals from MSEDCL etc
- Coordination with HOD for project implementation.
- GMP audit compliance to all internal and external audits & inspections.
- Allocation of manpower for carrying out shift activities.
- Procurements of Spares and Inventory monitoring.
- Plant UPS system preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Monthly MPR PPT preparation and analysis of the same.
- Monthly Utility consumption analysis.
- OPEX budget monthly analysis for spares and repairs, building maintenance and AMC.
- Capex / Opex budget preparation.
- To determine internal & external QEHS issues as we'll as the needs and expectations of the relevant interested parties and monitor the same.
- To ensure the work permit system during maintenance activity.
- To ensure QEHS continual improvement projects at site and monitor.
- Monthly meeting with Global Engineering team to review monthly performance of site engineering team.
- Assisting IT team with execution of IT related projects.
- Compliance of assigned EHS observations.
- Monthly Type 1 and Type 2 CER status updation.
- Authorized for reporting Hazards, Incidents, accidents and near-miss Reporting.
- Implementation of operation excellence activities.
- Implementation of energy saving projects at site.
- Periodic review of SOPs in ENSUR.
- Review and approve gatepass in the system.
- Annual Electrical inspection and other electrical statutory requirements.
- Electrical maintenance activities like transformer oil filtration, earth pit inspection, ACB servicing, DG servicing as per schedule.
- CDR creation in SAP for scrap equipments.
- Monthly bifurcation of energy bill.
- Tubelight cleaning schedule monitoring and procurement of necessary spares.
- Selection of appropriate candidates for carrying out electrical activities.
