Reporting to Maintenance Manager-BTA,ensuring reliability of BTA equipment's through PM, PdM and breakdown maintenance activities through PO RE methodology:-
. Leader for Reliability Activities of BTA from Electrical function
. Manage Capex & operations activities of Electrical Maintenance in BTA
. Shift management of entire Electrical team
. Coordinating within the Business Team and working on HPT
Reliability:
. Leading the upgradation of absolute system for Reliability enhancement
. Implementation and follow up of Strategic Countermeasures
. Monitor and analysis for breakdown of Mixing, Calendering & Extruders etc.
. Site improvement activities
. Responsible to control of consumable consumption .
. To develop the Contingency parts for sustenance
. Responsible to control spillage and Leakages during the maintenance.
. Carry out planned maintenance and predictive maintenance.
