Key responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage open Purchase Orders (POs) to ensure timely closure
- Analyze data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement in PO management
- Develop and implement strategies to minimize the gap between derived and actual primary data
- Ensure adherence to SLAs related to PO fill rates till promised time to customers end to end
- Create forecasts and ensure fulfillment center level accuracy for the D2C business
- Monitor and control the replenishment costs, RTO/RTV as % NR, cross FC orders and split orders
Job Specifications:
- 3-5 years of work experience in Ecommerce/ D2C business
- In depth knowledge about supply chain operations
- MBA, preferably in Operations or Supply Chain from a Tier 1 institute
- Ready to work from Thane
