We are seeking an experienced Manager - E-commerce returns with a strong background in team management to lead our return processing. The role requires overseeing the returns process, managing a team, and implementing strategies to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Returns Management: Oversee the end-to-end returns processing, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and alignment with company policies.
- Team Leadership: Manage, train, and motivate the returns team to meet performance goals and deliver exceptional results.
- Customer Satisfaction: Collaborate with customer service to resolve return-related issues and maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Data Analysis: Monitor key metrics, analyze return trends, and implement strategies to reduce return rates and improve processing.
- Policy Compliance: Review and update returns policies, ensuring they are customer-friendly and compliant with industry standards.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for automation and optimization to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred).
- 1+ years of experience in e-commerce returns or a similar role.
- Strong team management and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and returns management software.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement.
