- Managing the External Supplier KANBAN. Timely requirement to Supplier through system.
- Managing the third-party External Warehouse. Managing the 5's , Process & required infrastructure. Handing the third-party warehouse owner for requirements.
- Monitoring & Maintaining the stock accuracy of External warehouse. Regular taking of perpetual inventory. Managing the activities including inward & outward of material from warehouse.
- Should be able to come in shifts for monitoring the operations.
- Managing the External & internal stock audits for Plant & External warehouse.
- Driving the Safety Culture in Warehouse.
- CPS & CQMS Define process for implementation of CPS & CQMS culture in team.
- DCR / DCNR Generation & Monitoring (IW21/Job work). RTV Monitoring & Documentation.
- Manage variable supplies required in warehouse.
- Audit & SWES management Responsible for developing & revising the SWES & SOP's as per requirement. Update Snag list for SWES. RCCA preparation.
- Legal requirement & SOX compliance activities.
- Should have knowledge of inbound activities including GRN & Put away.
- Manage the Non-Confirming Material in warehouse & Scrap Handling.
- Responsible to handle a team of 15-20 members.
- Responsible for monitoring & avoiding MPU on Production lines.
- Implement BIQ & RPRT in work areas. Support Inventory team for reconciliation & RCCA.
Background/Experience
A 4 year Degree in Engineering /Graduate in Science or commerce .
4+ years experience in Supply chain
Expeosre in Warehouse related job profile.
