Responsibilities

• To co-ordinate for the annual tax audit of the group companies.
• To take care of the compliance with all TDS provisions and all direct tax statutory requirements.
• To prepare the income tax returns of the group companies.
• To prepare the annual transfer pricing returns of the group entities.
• Expert Knowledge - Income tax computation, advance tax computation, TDS computation, TDS return and reconciliation, Deferred tax computation etc.

Note - Candidates with shorter Notice Period or with 1 Month will be preferred.
