As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our overall digital marketing strategy. You will utilize your expertise in digital channels, analytics, and content creation to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our online presence and achieving our business objectives.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding and expertise in performance marketing, managing in-house projects, lead generation, SEO, PR, influencer marketing, increasing reviews and ratings, and handling paid ads on social media and Google. Experience in the service-based industry is essential.
Must have:
4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing and lead generation.
Proven experience in managing successful digital marketing campaigns in a services-based industry.
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing.
Study the present visibility of company products and the company website and to increase the visibility by continuously working on HTML/JavaScript, SMO, SEO, SEM, SMM, PPC and other tools.
Achieving certain and specific goals in generating leads, marketing communication, building brand image and conversion of the leads.
Monitoring the company products visibility and product ranking in all the E-Commerce websites and taking proper measures to improve the product positioning or listing.
Identify the errors in the online market which is causing our sales and to rectify it with proper measure.
Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant software.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies: Lead the creation and implementation of comprehensive digital marketing plans that align with company goals and objectives, focusing on lead generation, brand positioning, and customer engagement.
Performance Marketing: Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, social media, and other digital channels to maximize ROI.
SEO and Content Strategy: Oversee SEO initiatives, content marketing, and website management to enhance organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media strategies to build brand awareness, engage with the target audience, and drive traffic to the website.
Lead Generation: Design and implement lead generation campaigns, including email marketing, webinars, and content downloads, to attract and convert prospects. Create and execute lead generation strategies to attract and convert potential clients, utilizing various digital marketing tools and techniques.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and achieve business objectives.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve team goals.
Budget Management: Oversee the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximum return on investment.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.
Performance Marketing: Develop, implement, and optimize performance marketing strategies to meet and exceed the companys objectives.
In-House Projects: Manage all aspects of digital marketing for in-house projects, ensuring consistent brand messaging and effective campaign execution.
SEO (Search Engine Optimization): Optimize website content, landing pages, and paid search copy to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
PR (Public Relations): Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets and influencers, creating compelling press releases and content to enhance the companys public image.
Influencer Marketing: Identify and collaborate with influencers to promote the companys products/services, increasing brand awareness and engagement.
Increase Reviews and Ratings: Implement strategies to encourage positive customer reviews and ratings across various platforms, enhancing the companys online reputation.
Paid Ads Management: Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and Google Ads to drive traffic and conversions.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on performance marketing.
Proven track record of managing and optimizing successful digital marketing campaigns.
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, lead generation, and influencer marketing.
Experience in the service-based industry is required.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
