We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager of Building and Structure Design to lead our dynamic design team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for innovative design, a strong background in architecture or civil engineering, and proven leadership abilities. The Manager of Building and Structure Design will oversee all aspects of the design process, from concept development to final construction documentation, ensuring the highest level of quality and efficiency.

- Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of designers, architects, and engineers to deliver exceptional design solutions.
- Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with client specifications.
- Design Development: Guide the development of design concepts, ensuring they meet aesthetic, functional, and regulatory requirements.
- Technical Expertise: Provide technical expertise and guidance to the design team, resolving complex design challenges and ensuring compliance with building codes and standards.
- Client Collaboration: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and effectively communicate design solutions and recommendations.
- Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of design excellence and accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.
- Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively, including personnel, software, and hardware, to optimize productivity and meet project deadlines.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in building and structure design, and integrate them into our design processes.
- Vendor and Consultant Management: Coordinate with external vendors, consultants, and subcontractors as needed to support the design process.
- Budget and Cost Control: Monitor project budgets and expenditures, identifying opportunities to optimize costs and improve project profitability.

- 11 Years of experience in civil and structure design
Qualification:
- B.tech in Electrical Engineering
