- nTo function as a HR Business partner and support effective functioning of the HR at the assigned Unit.
- nEnsure smooth HR operations and service delivery.
nIII. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
nUnit MIS & Dashboard
- nPreparing Unit HR Dashboard related to MRM, MBR and other HR Analytics as per timelines.
- nTo reconcile budget vs actual (No. & cost) on monthly basis on time for the respective business.
- nAuditing & correcting HRMS system on monthly basis.
- nPreparing & consolidating PMS work sheet and validation.
nHR Operations & Service Delivery
- nImplementation, adherence and control of HR processes and procedures as per organizational policies and guidelines in defined functions.
- nCompliance to NABH / JCI / Quality / Internal audit.
- nEffective PMS implementation including Goal Setting / Appraisal process / Employee retention.
- n100% adherence to all HR compliances, including POSH, credentialing, privileging of employees.
- nHR grievances handling.
- nPartnering with respective stakeholders for vendor partner management. Maintaining dashboards for vendor partners for BGV & vaccination records and reconciling the same with muster rolls
- nOther HR Operations tasks, including HR invoice administration.
nTalent Management & Engagement
- nTaking care of the hiring and onboarding process for the respective category.
- nImplementation of Employee Engagement plan as per company process.
- nImplementation of talent Identification and retention strategy.
- nPlan and implementation of various engagement practice aligned with unit / MHC strategy (all employees including contractual staff).
- nPartnering with unit trainers for the training need assessment & delivery
