Manager Job Responsibilities:
Accomplish department objectives by managing staff; planning and evaluating department activities.
Maintain staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.

Accomplish staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results. Coach, counsel, and discipline employees.
Develop, coordinate, and enforce systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards.
Establish strategic goals by gathering pertinent business, financial, service, and operations information.
Identify and evaluate trends and options, choose a course of action, and evaluate outcomes.
Accomplish financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
Maintain quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards, analyzing and resolving quality and customer service problems, and recommending system improvements.
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Data Engineers setting clear goals, priorities, and expectations. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Develop project plans and strategies for web scraping initiatives, ensuring efficient and ethical data collection.
Implement quality assurance processes to maintain data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all scraping projects.
Assign tasks and projects to team members based on their skills, availability, and project requirements.
Provide training, mentorship, and guidance to team members to improve their web scraping skills and knowledge.
Oversee the progress of ongoing scraping projects, track key performance indicators ( KPIs) , and report to higher management.
Collaborate with other teams, such as data analysts, data scientists, and developers, to meet data requirements and provide support for their projects.
Stay up-to-date with the latest web scraping tools and technologies, evaluating their potential to enhance the teams efficiency.
Maintain detailed documentation of scraping processes, methodologies, and data sources.

Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web page structures.

Bachelors degree in a related field is a plus, but not mandatory.
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
Bachelor s degree in business administration or management preferred
Excellent communication skills
