The threat landscape at Diageo is evolving and growing. To protect Diageo manufacturing systems and information assets, we are looking for a professional who is a guide in network security with a fair bit exposure to OT/ICS security.
- Handle network security operations, tools, and technologies to defend, monitor, and analyze alerts within Diageo's enterprise and manufacturing environments.
- Analyze and craft secure network architectures and segregation of IT and OT environment for protection and containment of cyber threats
- Identify the vulnerabilities and configuration gaps, and track the remediation
- Develop and maintain a threat profile for Diageo by researching, identifying, and assessing evolving operational technology (OT) threats.
- Create and handle communications and threat dashboard to effectively articulate threats to the business.
- Oversee a comprehensive cyber incident response program to prevent, detect, respond to, and mitigate cyber threats within both enterprise and manufacturing environments.
- Ensure that network security practices align with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
8+ years experience as an OT Cyber Security professional:
- Proven experience in a cybersecurity expert role, including hands-on expertise in threat detection, incident response, and network security operations.
- Strong understanding of network security, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and vulnerability management, within both IT and OT environments.
- Experience with enterprise-scale network and infrastructure transformation and migration projects.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a virtual team, collaborating across business units, suppliers and geographies.
- Experience in tracking KPIs/SLAs and developing executive reports.
- Knowledge of vulnerability management practices for both network and OT environments.
- Familiarity with security technologies used in OT environments, including OT security vendors and products.
- Experience with products such as Clarity Continuous Threat Detection is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences, from the plant floor to the boardroom.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
