About The Role

This role will be responsible for enhancing customer information, communications, and documentation to improve service levels, working with Sales, Supply Chain, and other groups as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Able to check the quality of the product supplied by us if any deviation has to take up with factory.
  • Able to handle customer by submitting all types of technical queries.
  • Able to Prepare, Validate and submit all type of RCA with 5 why's and 8D reports as requested by customer.

Minimum Requirements

10-15 Years of experience in AWS, controls
