Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Manager - Customer Relation. This role involves managing and improving customer relationships, ensuring utmost satisfaction and retention. The role is based in Gurugram, Haryana and offers a competitive salary range. As a Manager - Customer Relation, you will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving complaints, and maintaining strong relationships with key clients.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Junior level: 1 to 3 years of experience in customer relationship management or a similar role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction and retention
- Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively
- Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback and address any issues
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide timely solutions
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products or services to customers
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement strategies to improve overall customer experience
- Create and maintain customer profiles and records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and customer engagement
- Stay updated with industry trends and customer preferences to identify potential areas for improvement
- Prepare regular reports and analysis on customer satisfaction, retention, and sales metrics
