Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Manager - Customer Relation. This role involves managing and improving customer relationships, ensuring utmost satisfaction and retention. The role is based in Gurugram, Haryana and offers a competitive salary range. As a Manager - Customer Relation, you will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving complaints, and maintaining strong relationships with key clients.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Junior level: 1 to 3 years of experience in customer relationship management or a similar role
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Proficient in CRM software and MS Office
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction and retention
  • Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively
  • Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback and address any issues
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide timely solutions
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products or services to customers
  • Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement strategies to improve overall customer experience
  • Create and maintain customer profiles and records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and customer engagement
  • Stay updated with industry trends and customer preferences to identify potential areas for improvement
  • Prepare regular reports and analysis on customer satisfaction, retention, and sales metrics
