About The Role
Established professional in Customer Data Management who maintains and develops databases, captures customer's problems, compiles and analyzes data and conducts statistical analysis in support of business development or product management.
Role Responsibilities:
- Will be responsible for Service revenue generation
- Will be responsible for service delivery management.
- Will support the channel partner for ant project related work at site
- Will be responsible for timing PMS for the machines.
- Will be responsible for channel partner management
Minimum Requirements:
- Min. working experience of 5 years and above in the similar field
- Should be able to manage key account customers.
- Person with experience in local market will be preferred.
