Role Responsibilities
- Develop Operations strategy and drive the execution while liaisioning with business owners
- Managing the Suppliers Pick up Plan and ensure that Pick up SLAs are met.
- Coordinating with teams for End to End Order Status from Supplier Pickups with Delivery (Order Life Cycle).
- Ensure excellent internacommunication with business units and Customer Service team to help foster a customer-centric culture.
- Ensuring continuous performance improvement in alareas of the business by using data and analytics
- Coordinate with Warehouse team and ensure timely deliveries to Customers with accurate supporting document
- Minimize and manage returns/Rejections: close alregistered cases within stipulated timeframe.
