Your responsibilities
To formulate, implement and monitor service support processes for different requirements and demands by aligning with the expectations of multiple sales channels, logistics, commercial stakeholders..
- Overseeing the spare part process for defective clearance activity, in terms of storage, inventory management.
- Devise and conduct trade satisfaction measurement survey process for understanding the trade satisfaction.
- Coordinate with key accounts like Brand stores, Kitchen dealers, large retailers & Online partners for service delivery.
Your profile
- Educational: B.E/B.Tech
- Experience: Minimum 10 Years in Service with Team handling. (Consumer Durables Industry Preferred)
