Generate inquiry THROUGH
- Trade Shows and events Budgeting, Booking, Designing and participating
- WhatsApp Content generation (using a professional company or individual)/ Email marketing: Content generation and periodic posting
- Optimizing website/Printing and Packaging magazine advt.
- Customer feedback and referrals through customers
Enquiry Management
Track and update enquiries/Qualify leads and enquiry to shortlist for field sales
Follow-up after order and advance is received./Feedback and cross selling
CRM team management
CRM updates and revies with team members / field sales
Training junior team members/Periodic reviews with team
Performance evaluation
QUALIFICATION : MBA /EXPERIENCE 7 to 10 YEARS
