Job Responsibilities:-

  1. Evaluation of M&A/JVA/TLA partners
  2. Understanding of legal agreements like NDA/MOU/TLA
  3. Working with consultants & CFTs for due diligence
  4. Support for Project report preparation for M&A/JVA/TLA
  5. Financial modelling/ knowledge of financial parameters
  6. Financial benchmarking/Investor relations / market scanning/macro environment data analysis
