About the role
The Manager of Corporate Sales will be pivotal in driving our growth within the coworking and office leasing sector. This role involves generating corporate leads and leveraging personal references to expand our client base. The ideal candidate will excel in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, and achieving sales targets.
As a Corporate Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
Lead Generation Develop and implement strategies to attract and secure corporate leads.
Client Acquisition: Develop and maintain strong relationships with IPCs (Institutional Property Consultants), top corporates, land/property owners, and local brokers.
Utilize personal references and networking to uncover and create new business opportunities.
Sales Strategy: Create and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
Client Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key corporate clients.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Corporate Leasing Management: Handle corporate leasing operations for group developments & also for other setups in Delhi/NCR and other states across India
A Qualified Candidate Should have :
Previous experience as an IPC (Institutional Property Consultant) is must.
Education Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
Experience Proven track record of 5-7 years in corporate sales, business development, or leasing, ideally within the coworking or office leasing industry.
Sales experience in restaurants, cafes, and hotels will be beneficial and preferred.
Preferred Skills:
Should be Smart, articulate and presentable.
Strong understanding of the coworking and office leasing market, including trends, challenges, and key players.
Ability to leverage personal references and connections to generate 80% of business opportunities.
Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive growth and meet targets.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
Exceptional interpersonal skills for building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Proven ability to manage corporate client relationships, address their needs, and ensure a high level of satisfaction.

Position - Full Time On-Site Job
Location Gurugram and Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend industry events, and explore new opportunities.
Compensation: 15 to 18 LPA + Variable 3 LPA (Performance-Based Bonus)
