Placement Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain relationships with industry partners to facilitate campus placements.
- Gather and analyze market intelligence and hiring trends to inform placement strategies.
- Work closely with the Placements Head, Faculty Placement Coordinator, and student placement representatives to develop and execute both long-term and short-term plans to enhance student employability.
- Identify and implement industry best practices for both internship and final placement seasons.
- Coordinate with other sister campuses to ensure synergy in placements and corporate relations as needed.
- Represent Jaipuria at various HR, professional, and industry conferences and events to enhance the institution's brand visibility among corporate audiences.
Required Personality Traits:
- Strong understanding of campus recruitment processes.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the country.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
Qualifications & Experience:
- MBA degree.
- 5 to 10 years of relevant work experience.
