Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementing content strategy based on channel objectives, content pipeline, market scenario, and competition
  • Channel Strategy Implementation and Management
  • Driving projects to build strong programming plan and channel strategy
  • Developing industry understanding through industry reports and data.
  • Identifying and forecasting viewership trends.
  • Building CI strategies and external drives for critical CI deliverables.
  • Diagnosing issues impacting ongoing primetime show performance.
  • Supporting channel FPC planning for maximum viewership.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders for smooth channel functioning.
  • Partnering with content teams for new show development.
  • Analyzing viewership data for growth.
  • Challenges and work towards mitigating it.
  • Work collaboratively with all stakeholders to successfully meet objectives

Performance Measures:

  • Identifying strategic levers to boost viewership.
  • Direct impact on channel GRPs.
  • Meeting budgeted viewership numbers.
  • Providing actionable insights for strategic decisions.
  • Meeting/exceeding set viewership targets.
  • Ensuring glitch-free process execution with 0% errors.

Qualifications:

  • MBA or Post Graduation from a reputed institute
  • 10+ years of data collection and research experience.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Knowledge of MS-Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Ability to deliver on tight timelines.
