Key Accountabilities

Handling Consumer Litigation matters and notices

.Reviewing the cases / notices received on merit and on legal aspects

.End to end management of legal cases / notices including drafting of brief, replies, evidence, etc.

.Keeping track and monitoring cases on regular basis

.Liaising with advocates

.Active engagement with internal stakeholders
