nYou will oversee the entire bouquet of Property Management Services provided at the site. Your role will be to ensure smooth operations at the facility/site by enhancing efficiency using innovation and technology. Your role will encompass and not be limited to:n
Responsible for overseeing the Building compliances at all sites in line with regulatory requirements, internationally accepted best practices & applicable systems.n
Assisting in Preparation of documents & ensure timely Registration/ Renewal/ Amendments under Various Act by Building compliance Team.n
Attend inspection & timely closure with proper documentation.n
Coordination with Site team for operation query resolution.n
Information about legislation amendments/notificationsn
Legal opinion on legislationsn
To ensure Maintenance of statutory records, notices and returns by the site team.n
Notice Board Display as per Labour Laws.n
Ensure timely submission of reports from the sites.n
Ensure timely submission of MIS and related report to respective stakeholder.n
Ensure timely response on mails, occupant concern resolution and minute of meeting circulation.n
Support JLL emerging business by sharing the leads of works taken up at the sitesn
Demonstrate usage of training tool for self-developmentn
Inculcate the culture of appreciationn
Take part and drive JLL initiatives like D&I, CSR, Safety Week etcn
Imbibe JLL culture and valuesn
Support Account Director in people performance evaluation/assessment and succession planningn
Any other task / responsibility assigned by the management time to timen
