Channel Sales AM/DM/Manager
Job Description:
ؠBring new Channel Partners on board and maintain relationships with existing Channel Partners.
ؠUnderstand customer and business needs to cross-sell and up-sell the Projects.
ؠCoordinate with other company personnel such as the support team and management team to deliver and meet customer/ Channel Partner expectations.
ؠAct as a bridge for communication between the customers/ Channel Partners and Closing team
ؠAccess, clarify and validate Channel Partner needs and performances at regular intervals and maintain a high Channel Partner satisfaction rate
ؠCoordinate with other sales channels to avoid any potential
ؠConduct regular product training for the Channel Partner and their team
ؠMake sure the Leads generated are serviced within the TAT- Same day
ؠCoordinate for the Channel Partner payout's post booking
ؠTake care of Source conflict cases if any and resolve the same within specific TAT
ؠMonthly Market & Competitor Analysis, studying the trends & new developments in the market
Exp: 2 8 years of Experience
Qualification: Graduate
