Job Description
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITYPERFORMANCE MEASURES (QUANTITATIVE / QUALITATIVE)
1Governance & New product quality improvement
- Responsible for strategy formulation and governance for overall Quality function at HO in
collaboration with other QA vertical leads
- Enable decision making on critical to quality matters with required analysis
- Define end to end quality performance metrics, set goals and monitor them to drive improvements
- Identify, lead / facilitate high impact quality improvement projects involving cross functional stakeholders
- Ensure seamless transition to operations quality team by early stage involvement in Innovation & renovation projects (New Products Quality) & Risk assessment
- Inculcate root cause problem solving (RCPS) culture in quality organization by certifying key members as Train The Trainer (TTT).
- Drive high Impact improvement Projects at PAN India level engaging people at different levels &
Functions
- Focused improvements in value survey score through people engagement and development
- % completion of strategic initiatives
- Quality performance Improvements in areas like overall defects reduction in Factory, on shelf Quality, Consumer concerns, supplier Quality etc.
- Adherence to quality systems/standards.
- Establishing long term Quality strategy and Tactical improvement Plan.
